Current #7: Move

Current #6 asked you to eat real food and drink the water. This page is the third pillar: Move. Move holds two things — the body used and the air taken. Do not let a step-count in a stale room steal the pillar.
ATP is minted in cells that are asked to work. Stillness as the default does not ask. A walk asks. Stairs ask. A garden asks. Outdoor air when you can; a window when weather keeps you in; the nose if you can.
You already have a body that knows how to move. This page is not a gym identity. It is one clear use, and air with it.
How you keep it
Use the body. Take the air. Mark Move when both inner marks happened. Ten minutes that actually used the legs and took fresh air counts more than an hour of sitting near a closed window with a number on a wrist.
Move is not a personality. It is not a sport you have to join. It is a condition you give the cell. If the body is sore or recovering, use what it can do today. That is still Move.
A number is not the walk
A wearable can snapshot steps or heart rate. Useful when you want it. It is your data. It is not Move. The Foundation does not sell a band, a class, or a membership as the price of belonging. Did you use the body? Did you take the air? How does your energy feel now?
Move is not Relax
A slow walk can serve both if you are honest about the job. Move is use. Relax is a stop. Do not let ten minutes under a tree steal this pillar, and do not ask a hard workout to do Relax’s job. The cell needs both. Today we are only asking for use and air.
Be brave enough to stand up
The first walk may wobble, the way the first ride wobbles. That is how a body learns. You are not behind. You are not too late. You do not have to become an athlete first. You do not have to leave the care you already have.
If the day is short, use the stairs once and open a window. If the weather holds you in, move in the room and take the air you can. If someone can meet you at the corner, take them. Life is a team sport. Your cells are still minting energy every second of every day. Ask them to spend a little on purpose.
The question
Will you use the body and take the air? The answer is yours. You can take it. You can leave it. No one can take it for you.
If you take it, stand up once today. Walk if you can. Open a door or a window. That is Move. That is the third pillar, kept.
