A night that never goes dark. Air that never changes. Heat that never breaks. Noise that never stops. The mill is still asked to mint. The room is working against it. That is not a moral score. That is weather around the five.

Dirty electricity, the mouth as an interference field, a persistent antigen — those are later Currents, if they come. This page stays with what anyone can notice tonight: light, air, heat, noise. Do not wait for a specialty Current to lower a shade.

Michael’s how is materials and conditions. Food first is materials. A dark room and moving air are conditions. Get out of the way also means: stop lighting the mill as if it were noon at midnight.

You cannot choose every room. You can choose one shade, one window, one hour without the extra noise. That is enough to begin.

Look at tonight’s room. Light. Air. Heat. Noise. Change one. Mark Sleep and Move as they happened. The mill will notice before a paper does.

You are not behind. You are not too late. You do not have to win the building. Your mills are still minting every second of every day. Give them one condition they did not have last night.
